Community Outreach

Trinity Lutheran's Outreach Program served it's first hot meal in 1995.

In the 25 years since then, we have expanded our programming and made a major impact

on hunger relief in Lakewood, Ohio. We serve two meals each month.

We also host a monthly pantry distribution and

a monthly fresh produce distribution event between May and November.

The mission of The TLC Outreach Program is to deliver basic needs through our hot meal,

pantry and produce distribution programs.

We are a volunteer-driven organization, relying on many wonderful volunteers each month.

The Peace and Plenty Garden supplies fresh produce and herbs to our community meals.

If you have a green thumb, please contact us to get involved with garden program!

Fresh Produce

Our produce distribution season for 2020 is currently on hold due to COVID-19. We will keep our community updated as best we can. It is our plan to resume when we can assure the safety of all.

Trinity typically hosts a Mobile Pantry Produce Giveaway on the 3rd Saturday of each month, between May and November. At each distribution, we give away 6,000 pounds of produce that serves an average of 200 families. This program is paid for and sponsored by the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

Please bring your I.D. and your own bags or carts. We serve first come, first served, rain or shine!
